I love showing you how beautiful your family is now, even in the chaotic seasons of parenthood and life.

When someone books a family photoshoot with me my priorities are: to make it fun, relaxed, real, and connected.
First, I am excited to get to know you more.
After all, that is what I want to capture, is the authentic you.
Via email, I will send you a simple questionnaire that allows me to get to know you better. After I read through them, the creative process starts on my end. It helps me decide where the location should be for your shoot, your family dynamic, and personalities.
It’s important because I feel that I am coming into your life for about an hour and I want to authentically document you and your family as best I can.
It is something I really take to heart.
Through email, I send a brief prep guide that helps you prepare yourself and your family for my arrival and day of shoot.
It’s so important to me that you know what to expect because I want you to be as real in your photos as possible. For me, this means no surprises. Especially for kids. I want to be like “the fun aunt” and lucky for you, I am actually an aunt to some incredible kiddos and I am fun! 😉

This is the easy part, just be yourselves. You can expect me to have you to just love on your family for about an hour.
I will get down to your kids level whether they are young or teens.
If they are kids, I make friends with them and allow them to play and be themselves. I set that fun expectation right away.
With teens and Dads I promise them it will be pretty painless! A good joke or two helps them to know I really am going to make it laid back and fun!
Moms, I know you have likely been coordinating this day.
Please relax and let me take the wheel! I mean that! I get it, you have been running around like crazy and trying to get everyone prepared, so by the time you get to the shoot you might feel frazzled. I hope that with the prep guide you know its ok but I get that it happens.
You hired me, let me do the work for you. It will show in your photos that you let go and let me take over, it’s beautiful thing!
I do my best to get a “sneak peak” to you asap. I typically do this via Facebook, Instagram, or text.
Your gallery will be delivered 4-6 weeks after your shoot via email and available for immediate download. I always recommend to download to two thumb drives-it’s always good to have important files backed up to another source.
Your custom gallery is live for 30 days, at that time if you choose to print from my preferred lab you can do so at that time or print them wherever you see fit!
I encourage you to print them, they are important heirlooms and I want you to enjoy them on your walls or albums. It’s up to you how you want to display them!
I want you to have something tangible to take with you from your session, so I design a custom album that highlights some of the best images from your session!
You can cherish this album for years to come and not have to stress about doing it your self!
I am never too busy for new people and I sincerely appreciate a referral!
One of the best ways I can connect with new families like you is to refer friends and family!
