Frequently Asked Questions
What should we bring for our maternity photo shoot?
Dry snacks for children, water and a favorite blanket if you want something to sit on (or I can provide one).
What should I wear for my maternity photos?
I recommend a few outfit changes that show your off bump and make you feel beautiful. I have a blog on what to wear for your maternity session here!
What if my kids won't cooperate?
I don't expect kids to "behave" during your session. I encourage running, playing, laughing, and getting genuine smiles from everyone. I never ask your kids to do anything they don't feel comfortable doing.
Where should we have my maternity photos taken?
For newborn sessions, they will take place in the comfort of your home. For outdoor locations, click here to download my location guide!
What if it's raining the day of our photo shoot?
We will reschedule at your convenience, typically a day later or within a few weeks.
What if we have to reschedule our maternity photos?
If you or your kids are sick, I would much rather photograph you when you are all feeling great! Rescheduling is ok if someone is sick or an emergency arises.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
About 2-3 weeks.
How long are your photos shoots?
About an hour for maternity sessions.
