I'm just a mom like you, trying to be a gentle parent yet finding myself apologizing for raising my voice again. My car is dirty, my hair is in a bun--again, and I need coffee asap!
You’ll find me hiking, camping, creating, being sarcastic with my husband Pete, and being silly with my kids. My best friend would say I am funny, genuine, kind, and outdoorsy! Leave me in the mountains with a cup of coffee and I am content.

my story
My transition into motherhood was challenging but...
After giving birth to my first child, my beautiful son, I experienced postpartum depression. He was perfection, but I was in a hard place. With a lot of support and patience, I got through it.
When I picked up my camera, I felt human again and it was my sacred creative place. Now, I am honored to photograph families from a space of compassion, understanding, and no judgements.
I believe there has to be community within motherhood--it's too much to bear on our own. I am here to show you how incredibly beautiful you are now, no matter how chaotic motherhood is.
